Overview

Leyes Lane Pharmacy is an independent family run pharmacy which aims to deliver services to the highest standard with a personal touch.  If you cannot see what you require, the pharmacy is only too happy to order items in for you and to ensure that they stock them in the future.

 The pharmacy offers a full prescription ordering and collection service from local surgeries. 

Situated opposite Kenilworth school there is plenty of free parking available.  Please see the services section for more details of the services available.

IMPORTANT

Please be aware that we currently cannot perform face to face consultations in our consulting rooms.  For private conversations, please telephone the pharmacy.  Normal services will be resumed once it is safe to do so.

Every year we undertake an annual patient survey to enable our patients to provide valuable  feedback  on  the  services  that  we  provide.  The  survey,  undertaken  by  all  community  pharmacies in England, is called the Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire. The report  of our survey results allows us to identify the areas where we are performing most strongly,  the areas for improvement and the actions required to address issues raised by respondents.  Our results for 2019/20 are provided here

Ear problems?

If you have an ear problem or think you may have wax, call in and a trained member of staff will take a look in your ear using specialist equipment and advise as to whether you can treat the problem yourself or need a GP appointment.

Electronic Prescription Service

This pharmacy offers the Electronic Prescription Service, which allows you to choose or “nominate” a pharmacy to get your medicines or appliances from. Your GP then sends your prescription electronically to the place you have nominated, this means:

  • If you collect your repeat prescriptions from your GP you will not have to visit your GP practice to pick up your paper prescription, saving you time.
  • You will have more choice about where to get your medicines from because they can be collected from a pharmacy near to where you live, work or shop.
  • You may not have to wait as long at the pharmacy as your repeat prescriptions could be prepared before you arrive.
