National Contact Points for the United Kingdom

The health service is governed differently across the UK. This means that when you visit the United Kingdom and you need to access medical care, different rules may apply depending on which part of the country you are visiting.

Different rules also may apply to residents of each UK territory wishing to receive treatment in another EEA country.

National Contact Points have been set up for each UK territory to ensure the right advice is available depending on which part of the UK you are visiting or travelling from.

Below you will find the National Contact Points for England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Gibraltar.
