Together runs several community-support services, across the country, each offering local people a few hours support each week with anything from going to the shops, to paying bills, to accessing local resources in order for service users to live independently.
We offer practical and emotional support to people with mental-health problems in their own homes - make a very real difference to the lives of thousands of people, supporting them to stay well and live independently in their own homes.
