Outreach Support & Home visits to provide informatiodvice, assisting with welfare & housing benefits, provide advocacy & language support to users at psychiatric review and CPA review meeting or seeing GP for physical health issues. Wednesday & Friday Drop-in Day Centres: Leisure activities, Vietnamese/Chinese music, and films, refreshments, hot lunch, ESOL and Painting classes. Health/Mental Health Workshops, Organising in partnership with local Vietnamese community organisations to raise awareness and promote healthy living. Referral method
Referrals are accepted from Community Mental health Teams, GPs, hospital, Vietnamese community and voluntary organisations, and self referral
