Activity and Playschemes: Playschemes run throughout the year during the school holidays with a wide range of free flow play, structured activities and trips in a safe and caring environment. Outreach: The Outreach Service provides support and activities in the home or the local community to children or young adults with severe learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and/or autism. Day Services – a building based day service is now available 50 weeks of the year, five days a week offering structured, outcomes based support and activity. Oaks and Acorns: A residential respite facility registered with Ofsted (children’s) and CQC (adults), offering short-breaks and support for children and young adults in a safe and homely environment. The length of each stay varies and can be for a day, overnight, a weekend or a week-long stay. Saturday Clubs: Young people with disabilities face many difficulties in accessing the opportunities to meet up, and try new activities such as sport, arts and crafts, games or cooking. Information Advice and Support: We provide Information Advice and Support to children and young people aged 0-25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their parent carers in Southampton, West Berkshire and Portsmouth.
