About

The locally commissioned service to provide carers support to Adult carers whose cared for person lives within Staffordshire or Stoke-on-Trent. Services include holistic carer assessments, support planning, support groups and training opportunities. Locally commissioned service to provide Young Carer support groups.

Opening times

Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesday evening 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturday morning 9 am to 12.30 pm
