About
The locally commissioned service to provide carers support to both Young Carers and Adult Carers whose cared for person lives within Staffordshire or Stoke-on-Trent. Services include holistic carers assessments, support planning, groups and training opportunities
Opening times
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesday evening 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturday morning 9 am to 12.30 pm

Face to face support, telephone support, virtual and face to face groups, email support and social media

Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent
Target group
Informal carers aged from 5 years old through to adult carers of any age.
