About

Swindon Carers Centre is a charitable organisation, which is part of the Carers Trust Network, established to provide help and support to the 21,000 unpaid carers in Swindon. We have teams specialising in young carers under 18, parent carers (looking after children ?under 18 with additional needs), adult carers (someone over 18 caring for someone over 18) and older carers (carers over the age of 65). After an initial assessment of your situation, we can provide tailored help in many ways, including providing information, identifying and signposting you to ?other services and organisations who could assist you, and supporting you in accessing services and benefits.

We also offer chances to attend support groups, courses and social activities both as a break from caring, and to help you increase your own support network
