The programme is available through GP+ Nottingham City, the evening and weekend GP service located on Upper Parliament Street.
Appointments must be pre-booked following referral. You can get a referral from your GP practice or you can self-refer by phone, email, or our web form. Which ever route you take, it is quick and easy to get in touch with the team.
Anyone attending for a face to face appointment should now go to our Angel Row entrance located between Tesco’s and Pepe’s Chicken.

Service details
It’s a 12-week programme, where you’ll be offered a series of appointments with one of our specially trained Stop Smoking Advisors. They can support you with a variety of behavioural techniques as well as prescribing nicotine replacement therapy or medication.
