About

Stockton Parent Support have been running successfully for 12 years. We provide short break activities for young people aged 0-19 years, with or without a disability. We work closely with parents and work towards improving the services and opportunities for young people with disabilities and/or complex and additional needs in Stockton on Tees. We provide information and support for all families.

Referral method

Self Referral and Professional Referral via Telephone, Email or in Person. We offer a home visit and complete an initial assessment. We will then put together a care plan and set realistic achievable goals for each young person.
