Contact Cares is the single point of access for adult health, social care, and children's referrals in St Helens.
You can reach the multi-disciplinary team by phone or email every day of the year.
The team provides immediate advice, initial assessments, and signposting. Whether you need support for yourself, someone else, or need a formal social care assessment, this is the main route for assistance.
