About

SPDNS provides personal care to adults in their own homes. These services may be funded via social services or health, or individuals may choose to pay for their own care, this could be by accessing Direct Payments from the local authority.

SPDNS also provides Hospice at Home in partnership with St Luke’s hospice, Basildon caring for people approaching end of life and supporting their family. This service is charitably funded and therefore free at the point of delivery.

Opening times

Office hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Outside office hours: there is an on-call service for anything urgent

Target group

We provide care to adults living in their own homes.

Referral method

We can be contacted directly by individuals for anyone self-funding. Otherwise, referrals can come via the local authority or health services.
