Service details

The Reed Wellbeing Smokefree Norfolk Service aims to help those who wish to stop smoking by offering support and access to treatment (nicotine replacement therapy). The specialist stop smoking service will provide high quality, effective smoking cessation support and be targeted to those with the greatest need and adapted to the needs of individuals and local populations.

The service will be available across Norfolk and Include a variety of delivery methods, keeping patient choice at the heart of the service to ensure a tailored and engaging offer, flexible to need.

The service will also be responsible for the delivery of community practitioner stop smoking training, including very brief advice and annual refresher training. We offer appointments in various forms including on a one to one basis, group therapy and remote access.

Individuals who are not eligable for our level 3 service will be referred on to their local Pharmicies to access Level 2 support or referred to our Lighttouch Service.

The Norfolk Stop Smoking Service is aimed at anyone living in the Norfolk area who wishes to stop smoking. County-wide service.

Helpline opening times

The Patient Information Line is open from Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm. There is an answerphone outside office hours.

Referral method

Anyone can refer in to the Service as long as the individual wanting to stop smoking agrees and is aware of the referral. All referrals can be accepted by telephone, email or via online platform. For self-referrals please call the Patient Information Line on 0800 085 4113
