About

The SEND information, advice and support service (SIAS) provides information advice and support about education, health and social care for children and young people from 0-25 with special educational needs and disabilities, as well as their parents and carers. You do not need to have an Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan to use the service.

We are free, you will never have to pay for our services

We are impartial, which means we don’t take sides

We are confidential, which means no-one will be told about the things we talk about unless you give us permission.

We also offer training and advice to local education, health and social care professionals.

9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Parents of children (0- 25) with special educational needs and/or disability, not necessarily with a diagnosis or EHCP

Referral method

Self referral using contact form on website, or recommendation by professional by email with parents' permission
