About
Sefton O.P.E.R.A is a charitable voluntary organisation working within the Borough of Sefton. We provide services to enhance the well-being of older people. We began in 1999 delivering complementry therapies and now also deliver music sessions, chair based exercise, IT workshops, craft sessions, swimming classes, zumba light sessions and stress sessions. We also work within schools delivering stress programmes, tai chi sessions and an intergenerational programme. Since the project began, we have worked with over 30,000 people establishing a successful track record.
