Sefton Carers Centre provides free advice and guidance, emotional and practical support, training and a range of holistic therapies for unpaid carers living in Sefton.

A carer is anyone who cares, unpaid (including those who are in receipt of Carers Allowance), for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction cannot manage without their support.

You simply self-refer yourself and an assessment will be taken of the needs of the carer and the person cared for.
