We support bereaved parents through their grief after the loss of a son or daughter of any age, and at any stage in the bereavement, through a national, confidential 24 Hour Listening Ear Helpline, Drop-in Centres and a befriending service.

Listening Ear service: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Drop-in Centre monthly from 10.30am - 12.30pm on first and third Saturday

Listening Ear HelplineTrained, bereaved parents answer the phone to bereaved parents who would like to talk to someone who has experience of losing a childDrop-in CentresFriendly and informal Drop-in Centres for bereaved parents to talk to others who can truly understand and empathise with them. Friendly monthly Drop-in Centre on the first Saturday in the month at the South Street Centre, 20 South Street, Yeovil, BA201QE and on the third Saturday in the month at The Albemarle Centre, Albemarle Road, Taunton, TA1 1BA. Both from 10.30 – 12.30.Befriending ServiceLinking bereaved parents who have lost a child through similar circimstances so they can support each other.

Can self-refer, or be referred by other professionals, CRUSE, Samaritans, GP etc
