About

Cornwall community service offeres support to people aged 18 years and over, who are living with a mental illness and live in Cornwall.

We work with people to identify their aims and goals and to create individual action plans to achieve these.

Our service offers one to one support in the community as well as a timetable staff led and peer support groups in various locations across the county.

Our support helps people to access the local their community and other services. It also helps reduce social isolation.,helps people improve and manage their mental health, offers support to access employment,education or volunteering work and provides practical support with housing,benefits and forms. We use the recovery approach which enables people to work out their own strategies for self-management.

Opening times

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Access

Facilities will be different at each venue, but we ensure that they are all accessible as far as possible.
