About

Recharge is a series of groups for carers, those recovering from health conditions and the over 50s. The service comprises of activities including: physical activity, complementary therapy and cooking. Services are available at a number of community venues in Runcorn and Widnes.

Recharge also operates a separate men’s over 50 group. The service promotes healthy living, and aims to: improve mobility and increase levels of physical activity.
