Description of service
Provides health and social care to enhance the quality of life of black and ethnic minority communities living in London. Offers a range of confidential, culturally sensitive, practical and supportive services that empower people to maintain a normal and independent life at home. PCL's current provision focuses on the needs of individuals and families affects by HIV/AIDS and other illnesses or disabilities that leave them housebound.
