Person Shaped Support (PSS) is an innovative and dynamic charity that has found pioneering new ways to support people within their community. They tailor their services to fit the individual requirements of each person they help. Their aim is to provide a better life for those with disabilities ranging from mental health disorders to physical impairments.

SHARED LIVES - ADULT PLACEMENT Shared Lives is a form of support where vulnerable adults and young people over 16 live at home with a specially recruited trained carer and their family. This service is for people aged 16 years and above who may have a learning or physical disability, a mental health problem or they may have recently left the more formal care system.E-mail: sharedlivesmerseyside@pss.org.ukCOMMUNITY SUPPORT Care in the home and supported living offering a range of specialist services in Dementia, Learning disabilities, Mental health conditions, Physical disabilities, Sensory impairments, Caring for adults over 65 years, Caring for people whose rights are restricted under the Mental Health Act.
