Parent Lifeline operates a telephone listening service for parents, adoptive/foster parents and anyone with main responsibility for child care. Aim to give parents time to talk about their problems and provide information about other services. Will refer callers on to appropriate services if necessary. Face-to-face appointments also available. Run by trained volunteers who are all parents. Courses for Parents and a monthly support group for parent/carers.

Opening times

9am - 1pm Monday - Friday and 7pm - 11pm every evening
