About
Options provides one to one professional counselling for a range of issues. Options believes that providing a safe and comfortable environment can enable a client to explore issues and feelings safely and thus act as a springboard for fresh thinking and behaviours for a brighter future.
All Options counsellors are professionally trained and work to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy's Standard and Ethics.
Our counsellors have experience of dealing with a wide variety of underlying issues and are now providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), general counselling and support for: Depression, Stress and Anxiety, Self esteem, Relationships, Loss and Bereavement , Gambling issues, Alcohol and Addictions.
Opening times
9.30am - 5pm Monday, 9.30am - 8pm Tuesday - Thursday, 9.30am - 12.30pm Friday. Out of hours answer phone facilities.
