About

Portage is a free home-based visiting educational service for pre-school children in North Lincolnshire with additional needs and their families.

We work with children aged 0-5 years, who have a recognised development delay of six months or more, in at least two areas of development.

Children do not need a diagnosis to access Portage.

The Portage approach involves supporting you to build on your child’s strengths using a positive approach.

Opening times

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (term-time only).
