About
This club is for people, aged 16+, who have learning and/or physical disabilities.
We provide a range of activities throughout the year, aiming to give people a chance to try something new, and to participate in an activity outside of day services, school or college. The emphasis is on having fun, but people will also gain social skills, improve fitness, coordination and sports skills.
Opening times
6pm - 7pm Thursday Multi Sports, 6pm - 7pm Friday Football, 10am - 11am Saturday Dance online, 5 - 6pm Sunday Aquafit, 6 - 7pm Dance in person and online
Various social and sporting activities throughout the year: boat trips, theatre trips, walks etc

Hampshire: Eastleigh, West End, Hedge End Southampton

People with learning and/or physical disabilities aged 16+
