About

MS-UK is a national charity supporting people affected by multiple sclerosis. It offers several services which help people affected by MS to live happier and healthier lives. Those services are:

- MS-UK Helpline – Providing information and emotional support to people affected by MS. There is a free phone number and online web chat and you can contact us through WhatsApp or via email too. Open Monday – Friday, 10am-4pm. Call 0800 783 0518 or visit www.ms-uk.org/ms-uk-helpline

- MS-UK Online – offers a range of online activities to help people affected by MS stay active and connect with others. Activities include accessible exercise sessions, mindfulness courses, chair yoga classes, information sessions and workshops. In addition, there is a Peer Support Service offering people the opportunity to connect and chat with other people affected by MS. - New Pathways magazine – This is a specialist MS magazine providing people affected by MS access to the latest news, research and information about MS. In addition, the magazine features real-life stories from others living with the condition and advice from MS experts. The magazine is bi-monthly and is a subscription-based service. - Choices information booklets – these are several Choices booklets covering many subjects affecting people living with MS available free on the MS-UK website.
