About

Membership spans all age groups from 13 upwards.

Normally we meet Tuesday evenings, 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

We organise a regular events programme in which local physically disabled and able bodied people participate on equal terms.

We organise holidays and weekends away. Members enjoy them and regular carers welcome the respite.
