Bexley Learning Disability Team - The Bexley Learning Disability Team provides services to people aged 18 or over with learning disabilities. It works with individuals in a range of settings where patients can access services such as community learning disability nurses, occupational therapy, psychology, speech and language therapy. It provides support and advice for parents, carers and other agencies.
