If you've had a stroke, this group-based service provides practical and emotional support to help you manage the effects of stroke, regain your independence and meet others in the same situation. A range of activities is on offer, including information and education, as requested by members of the group.

About Stroke Association
The Stroke Association is working for a world where there are fewer strokes and all those touched by stroke get the help they need. We fund research into prevention, treatment and better methods of rehabilitation, and help stroke survivors and their families through our Life After Stroke Services.
