We are a home improvement agency that assists older, vulnerable and disabled residents with the grant or loan application process.

We work with the Housing Grants team and occupational therapists to plan disabled adaptations and repairs works. We can:

•help you fill in the application form

•help you choose reputable builders

•monitor the work on site through to completion to ensure a good standard of workmanship

•draw up detailed specifications or plans for disabled adaptations, and

•liaise with Building control and Planning departments on your behalf.

9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
