About
Leonardo Carer Support is an independent charity that helps people living in Dorset who provide unpaid care, for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, mental health problems or an addiction, cannot cope without their support.
We appreciate that being a carer is demanding and can impact upon other areas of a carer's life such as work, relationships, finances and social life. We support all types of unpaid carers including Adult Carers, Parent Carers and Young Carers.
We aim to provide information, advice, financial help and a range of wellbeing and support service to enable carers to have the quality of life they want, need and deserve.

Mon - Fri - 09.30am to 5pm
