Learning Disability Partnership Boards have been set up to make sure that the ideas in Valuing People are being used to make life better for people with a learning disabilities. The Partnership Board in Wigan and Leigh brings together self advocates, family members and lots of different organisations to plan and work together to make a real difference in the lives of local learning disabled people and their families.
