About

Kernow Young Carers Service meets the needs of young carers and young adult carers. We support Carers from 4-25 yrs.  Carers can access practical support, information, advice, and guidance.  We offer activities and workshops.  We provide social interaction, peer support, help to provide a break from the caring role. We offer training and support for schools and 1:1 support. We can also help you to access grants to meet a range of needs that help to reduce the impact of your caring role.
