Young Carers

· Kent, East Sussex, Bexley, Havering, Southwark, Lewisham

· Imago supports Young Carers aged 5 -18 through statutory young carers assessments, 1:1 support, workshops, and other activities.

· provides workforce development training for health, education and cross sector organisations in awareness raising and the identification of Young Carers.

· offers opportunities to improve welfare and wellbeing

Young Adult and Adult Carers

· Kent (Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and Swale), Lewisham, City of London, Havering.

· provides 1:1 support for carers aged from 18 years, completion of statutory assessments and carers support groups, and activities.

· offers opportunities to improve welfare and wellbeing
