About

We meet every Tuesday from 10.30 to 3.30. We are a friendly support group and we help with what can be a very lonely and confusing journey having a brain injury.

You can come for a visit to see if you would like to come on a regular basis.

Our telephone is manned throughout the week and any message left either by telephone or e mail will be picked up as soon as we can.

We also enjoy trips and activities together. If you need us we are here to assist.
