About
Headway North Cumbria is dedicated to assisting those affected by brain injuries to adjust or return to community living, including access to appropriate accommodation, social outlets, and productive activity.
In addition to ongoing support, guidance and information, we also provide a range of services in a friendly and welcoming environment predominantly through a Day Centre for all members every Monday. We also offer a helpline service for those requiring support outside of the Day Centre.
We undertake frequent outings and events, informative talks, presentations and activity weekends.
Opening times
We operate a volunteer-led drop in centre at the New Waterton Hall, Warwick Square, Carlisle, CA1 1LB, on Monday afternoons 1pm - 3:30pm.
