Grantham and District Mencap support people with a learning disability, providing centre and community based opportunities for adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disability and also supports 21 adults within a residential care home setting.

A Carers Support Group provides impartial information and support to families and carers of people with learning disabilites whilst the Grantham '71 Gateway Club , an evening leisure group meets twice weekly providing social networking opportunites for people with a learning disabilty aged 18-65 years.
