About
The Finsbury and Clerkenwell Volunteers provide accessible transport to disabled people, telephone support and befriending, a lunch club for older people, holidays for people with special needs, a recycled furniture project, respite care, help with DIY tasks and christmas hampers.

Access
We have an accessible transport project. Transport is a vital connection in enabling them to maintain links with the outside world. The vehicles are used for virtually all our activities.
Catchment area
Calshot neighbourhood including some of the area around Angel, Islington, as well as the traditional areas of Finsbury and Clerkenwell.
Target group
Isolated older people and their families/ carers
Referral method
Requests for services come from a number of sources including social workers, health workers, family members and friends.
