Dravet Syndrome is a rare, life-limiting & devastating genetic neurological condition, occurring in 1/15,000 live births in the UK. The condition causes treatment-resistant epilepsy & intellectual disability alongside a spectrum of associated conditions including autism, ADHD, challenging behaviour, difficulties with speech, mobility, feeding & sleep.

Dravet Syndrome UK is the only UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by Dravet Syndrome.

Our mission is to bring hope to families living with Dravet Syndrome through:

· Supporting families affected by Dravet Syndrome emotionally, practically and financially.

· Providing education and further understanding of Dravet Syndrome among medical and social care professionals.

· Funding medical research to increase understanding of Dravet Syndrome, improve its management and work towards better outcomes for all those affected by this devastating condition.
