Free support from a stop smoking advisor for 12 weeks including free stop smoking medication (if you get free prescriptions). Advisers will carry out carbon monoxide checks at each appointment to show you how well you are doing. Support anyone 12yrs + to stop smoking.

* has CVD or Respiratory Disease

* at risk of CVD or Respiratory disease

* Pre Op

General notes

Can provide medication including NRT & Varenicline for up to 12 weeks.
