About

Croydon Neighbourhood Care is a charity working to meet the needs of isolated, vulnerable and frail people within the borough, by supporting local neighbourhood care organisations (our member groups) in bringing services and advice to adults within Croydon.

Our principal objective is to promote, support and develop local neighbourhood care schemes to continue to provide preventative services to the community through best practice, training and development.

CNCA are the only befriending service in Croydon providing home visits to frail, elderly, housebound people with complex needs and often a dementia diagnosis.  Alongside this is a volunteer lead telephone ‘keeping in touch’ service.
