Crossroads Care is Britain's leading provider of support for carers and the people they care for. We work with over 35,000 individuals and their families, helping carers make a life outside of caring.Sandwell Branch of Crossroads Care provides flexible services to people of all ages and with a range of disabilities and health conditions.

We have fully trained flexible Carer Support Workers who understand the needs of people wishing to live at home with long term and short term conditions and their carers.

Our service are all about "YOU", being at the center of your care! So whatever your wishes we would like to help you to achieve them!

If you are in receipt of a Personal Budget or Direct Payments, or other similar funding we can help you manage your personal affairs i.e.

Support at home with personal care and daily living.

Befriending help and support services to engage with outside activities.

If you are a family carer and would like to take a break from your caring role in the knowledge that you have someone capable to take over in your absence.

Training support to your personal assistants to support them in their caring role to you to achieve your outcomes.

Opening times

8.30 am - 4.30 pm Monday - Thursday, 8.30 am - 4pm Friday , emergency out of office hours services available via the answerphone.

Access

Our care is delivered in peoples own home, but if you wish to visit our office we do have disabled access.

Target group

Any person who requires support with domiciliary (care at home) support, and wishes to receive a personalised care package.

Referral method

You can self refer and we welcome people who are in receipt of their own personal budget or direct payments. You are able to receive our services through Social Services and the Health Authority, via their referral system, which we do encourage as many people need to make sure that they have access to financial support and guidence to support them through a very difficult time and process.
