About
Counselling Plus is a charity offering affordable counselling sessions for residents 16+ from the Hastings & Rother area.
We offer 1 to 1 talking therapy for anxiety, depression, bereavement, sexuality and neurodivergence.
We also offer specialist counselling for young people, trauma, rape & sexual assault, domestic violence, childhood abuse and suicide.
We also offer couples counselling sessions.
Opening times
Monday – Thursday: 10am to 7pm
Access
We do not have disabled access at our main site, but can arrange sessions at another central location that does have wheelchair access

General public - can self refer. 16 years and over.
