The City Carers Support Service provides support, information and education regarding mental health issues to carers of clients who are receiving a service from the City Adult Mental Health services of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.
Opening times
9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Contact arranged to meet individual requirements, for example own home, GPs, disability access at base.

Family, friends, partners and carers who are supporting someone with mental health problems who is accessing the City Adult Mental Health Service within Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust.
