About

Circles Network is a national voluntary organisation formed in 1994 with an educational objective to build inclusive communities.

Our projects run in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, working directly with disabled people, people with learning difficulties and others who are at risk of exclusion or social isolation. Our 3D Community Support draws on 17 years of experience to plan with people and provide support to enable them to access community places of their choice, build relationships and achieve the day to day outcomes which they want.

Circles Network provides a number of other programmes and projects across the UK, please visit our website for further details of what is available in your area www.circlesnetwork.org.uk
