Provide specialist health equipment for children and young people with disabilities or complex needs (0-18 years). The provision of equipment will be dependent upon a full assessment identifying whether or not eligibility criteria are met.

Mon - Fri 9am - 4pm
Target group
Healthcare services ie, Community Children's Nurses, Hospital Staff, Physiotherapy Staff, Occupational Therapists.
