About

We provide a person centred home visitaion (holistic services) family support service to families where one parent has a mental health diagnosis or where a young person is involved with CAMHS.

We accept referrals from St. Giles community mental health team or from CAMHS teams. The families have to live in SE15 or SE5 area of Southwark.

We also run a Young Person's Building Bridges that is person centred, and we work with young people who have a mental health diagnosis or behavioural and emotional problems. We accept self referrals, and referrals from all social care organisations as long as the young person lives in Southwark.

9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Catchment area

The families have to live in SE15 or SE5 area of Southwark.

Target group

Parents with a mental health diagnosis who have children who are involved with CAMHS and live in SE5 and SE15.

For Young People's Building Bridges we provide a service to young people between the ages of 13 and 25.

Referral method

The only people who can refer to Building Bridges are CPN's from St. Giles CMHT, and CAMHS workers.For Young Peoples Building Bridges you can self refer and we accept refrrals from all sources.
