Brook Place is a community based drugs team which caters for clients across the Merseyside area.
Service offers:
• Rapid access to Treatment
• Recovery orientated service
• Comprehensive assessment and Care Plan
• 1-1 Psychosocial interventions
• Substitute prescribing
• Access to detox
• Partnership working
• Physical health Clinics
Opening times
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Catchment area
Individuals over the age of 18 living in: L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6, L7, L8, L9, L10, L11, L12, L13, L14, L15, L16, L17, L18, L19, L24, L25, L27
Referral method
Service is open access and clients can self refer. Referrals also accepted from all health and social care professionals.
