About

We are a self-help group based in Birmingham. Established in 1981 we have been helping the tinnitus community since that time.

To give all tinnitus sufferers in Birmingham and the surrounding areas access to up-to-date information through meetings, newsletters and support literature

Opening times

We are now hosting bi-monthly face to face support meetings.

These will be held on the second Tuesday of the following months:

October, December, February, April, June, August.
