Bipolar UK local peer support groups provide an opportunity to speak with other people affected by bipolar, to ask questions, share experiences, and find support from others.

Referral not required. People are welcome to speak to our support groups team in advance (via email) to let them know that they plan to attend, but this is not mandatory.
